Our vision is to build and strengthen all grades by attracting, developing, and retaining players, coaches, and volunteers to our club. By building depth in our skills, knowledge, and relationships we will strengthen our teams and provide a clear pathway for junior players to develop and grow with the club. A supportive culture, with strong values, will produce a sustainable club for years to come. Our mission is to foster and encourage the game of rugby in all formats, provide a safe, welcoming environment for teams, players, coaches, officials, supporters, families & wider community. We aim to achieve this by developing our facilities and services to the highest standards and building long term relationships with our growing local community. We are uniquely located centrally in the Waimakariri District, where teams, players & coaches, from both sides of the river, can come together to learn, develop & excel in rugby.
